The Stream 95i represents a groundbreaking portable smart speaker with

    Plug the other end of the power cable into a power outlet. Press the Power/ Volume dial to turn on the unit. When the Stream 95i is turned on, the LED array will blink from left to right to indicate that it is turning on. This will take approximately 20 seconds.

    Your audio system may be configured using the display and buttons on the audio system. However, to take advantage of all of the audio systems advantages, it should be configured using the Roberts Radio app and can be voice controlled using Alexa.

On your smart device, enter Bluetooth settings and look for ‘Stream95i Forte ----’ (where ---- is a unique code for your device, or the name that you have renamed your device through the Roberts Radio app). Choose this device and your phone should pair and connect. Whilst paired, you can stream from any audio app on your phone to the device.

    USB Playback You can plug in a USB memory device in to the USB socket to play back compatible media files. The USB stick should be formatted on a PC (Fat 32). Check online for details of compatible media formats - mp3 is the most commonly used for this purpose.

    AUX Input The base panel features a 3.5mm stereo aux input. Use this to connect the device as a speaker to external equipment such as a CD player or TV. Press MODE and choose AUX to listen to audio being played to this device. USB Charging The socket can also be used to charge your phone at up to 10W.

Choose a source, for example your phone music library. From this screen, it is also possible to select My Playlists to either create or delete playlists.

    “Alexa, volume up”. Setting up Amazon Alexa To use the Alexa voice assistant, you need to enter the settings page within the Roberts Radio app. 1. Select the BROWSE tab and in the Music services list select Amazon Alexa.

    You can disable the microphone by sliding the MICROPHONE MUTE slider to the right on the device. The device is not listening and can no longer hear your voice commands. However, you can press the ACTION button on the Stream 95i and say your commands. For example, Press ACTION button and then say “Play BBC radio 4”.

    Energy Mode Your device has 2 energy modes, Normal and Green. In Normal mode the Stream 95i will go to standby mode after 15 minutes if there is no audio, user interaction or network request. Any user interaction on the device, voice control (if the slider switch is not in privacy mode), or network request will turn the device on.

    If you wish to set up the WiFi, this may be initiated here by selecting Yes to proceed. Factory Reset If you wish to completely reset your Stream 95i to its initial state, this may be performed here. Select Yes to proceed with factory reset.     Battery (not included) You can power the Stream 95i from the Roberts BP3 battery, which can be bought from www.robertsradio.com. The battery will enable the Stream 95i to play for up to 7 hours with its 3200mAh capacity, transforming it into a portable product.
