The Oneisall PFD-002 feeder is designed for dual-pet feeding, but the manual does not provide instructions for blocking one discharge port. To convert it to a single feeder, you can physically block one of the food outlets using a safe, non-toxic material that fits securely and prevents food from dispensing. Ensure the blockage does not interfere with the feeder’s operation or internal mechanisms.

The LED display is not showing. I have new batteries installed and it is also plugged into an outlet (the outlet does work). The feeder works fine but I can't see anything on the display to change time, record a new message, if battery is low, etc.

If the Oneisall PFD-002 feeder is using only batteries, the LED display turns off automatically to save power, but the feeder still works normally. If the feeder is plugged in and the display is still not showing, check if the cord is connected properly or try using a different Type-C charging cord. If the issue persists, unplug the cord and use new batteries to see if the display turns on.
