FLASHING GREEN LIGHT Charge point has lost connection to your Wi-Fi. Please check your connection on the Andersen app. If the charge point does not re-connect by itself then please contact us as this will result in loss of app functionality. - Page 7 Open the charge port of your vehicle, and plug the connector into the Type 2 port. You will know your vehicle is charging when you see a solid orange light on the front of your A2 unit. If your charge doesn't start, it may be that a charging schedule is enabled.
- Page 8 If you wish to finish charging before the session has ended, you can do this by pressing the ‘Stop charging’ button on the Andersen app overview screen. Unplug the connector from your vehicle by holding it firmly and pulling it towards you.
