ASSEMBLY OF THE HIGH CAPACITY VACUUM: Remove all parts from the shipping container. Set motor bulkhead on top of filter and lock the three clamps. Insert either end of the hose into the vacuum intake. Any accessory may be used at this time. Insert detachable power cord into the vacuum head and insert other end into the wall outlet. -
