PROGRAM SETUP

Go to <Set>/<Program Setup> to specify whether programs should run as a
chase, sound-controlled chase or as a scene.
A chase (running light) runs automatically according to an adjustable time. A
sound-controlled chase runs in time with the music. Both are therefore ideal for
parties, concerts and automatic sequences.
A scene, on the other hand, must be advanced manually using the Go button of
the respective memory location. Scenes are ideal for theater performances in
which a step is maintained until something new is to happen in terms of lighting
and a technician is present to switch on the next step.
Six settings are possible in this menu. These are valid for a memory location
until they are changed again.
Function
Select the desired memory location here. Either use Enter and the dial for your
selection or directly use the playback pages and Go buttons of the respective
memory location. For example, if you want to set program 2 on page A, press A
and then the Go button under the second fader.
You can give memory locations a 6-digit name. When the program is activated
using the Go button or the fader, the display shows the name.
Here you define whether it is a chase (CHASE), sound-controlled chase (MUSIC)
or a scene. The times are set on the right.
This is where you set the running speed of the chase. It is possible to set the
speed live using the fader or Tap button or to set a time between 0.100 seconds
and 15 seconds for the memory location.
This is where you control the fading between the steps of a chase. Select Fader
to set the fading live or a percentage between 0% (hard fade) and 100% (very
slow fade where the steps merge directly into one another).
Here you can set the fade for a sound-controlled chase or a scene between 0.00
and 15.00 seconds.
