Safety

Never expose the product to high temperatures, dust, powerful vibration, impacts,
humidity or moisture.

Never use the product in explosive environments, for example near flammable substances,
gases or dust.

Be careful when working near engines that are running because of the risk of injury. Internal
combustion engines produce toxic gases. Always make sure that there is adequate ventilation.
•
Never try to open, repair, dismantle or modify the product in any way.
Product description
The battery tester analyses and displays the status of starting batteries without the need to
disconnect them from the vehicle. In addition to displaying the battery status, the tester also
analyses the vehicle's charging system.
Buttons and functions
1. Status indicator
2. "Battery" runs a battery test (12 V, 3-250 Ah)
3. "Data" shows the last test result
4. "Crank" runs a test of the battery under load (12/24 V)
5. "Charge" runs a test of the charging system (12/24 V)
6. "About" shows details of the software
7. "Settings" allows you to change the language settings
8. [ ESC ] returns to the menu
9. [▲] scrolls upwards/forwards
10. [ ENTER ] confirms the selected function
11. [▼] scrolls downwards/backwards
12. Negative terminal clamp (black - )

Preparing for the test
•
Check that the ignition and all the other power consumers in the vehicle are turned off.
•
Check that the battery terminals are clean (no dirt or oxidation) to make sure that
the battery analysis is as accurate as possible.
Checking the battery label
Read the label on the battery to check the battery type, battery standard (if relevant)
and capacity.

If no information about the battery type is given on the label, it is probably a conventional battery
with liquid electrolyte.
