In the following chapter we will guide you through the different
possibilities of programming your video recorder, so that it will
switch itself on automatically, record the TV programme you
have chosen and then switch itself off automatically, all of this up
to 1 month in advance.
What information Is needed by the video recorder?
For every timed recording you must give the video recorder the
following information:
• the starting time of the recording
• the ending time of the recording
• the date on which the recording Is to be made
• the programme number of the corresponding TV channel
Information necessary for timed recordings is stored in
a so-called TIMER block.
Your video recorder can store up to 6 different TIMER blocks.
It is important to note the following:
The automatic time-switch (TIMER) will only switch the video
recorder on automatically if it is switched off at the moment the
timed recording has to start.
Always make sure that the video recorder is switched off before
a timed recording must start. If necessary press button (|).
