Adjusting the temperature in the appliance
INFORMATION!
•
Appliance temperature is preset at the factory to the recommended setting of 4 °C for the
refrigerator compartment and -18 °C for the freezer compartment.
•
After the appliance is switched on, it may take several hours until the set temperature is
reached. Do not place any food into the appliance before the temperature drops to the
selected setting.
Setting the refrigerator compartment temperature
The numbers 2, 4, 6 and 8 indicate the degrees Celsius (°C) in the appliance refrigerator compartment.
•
The recommended temperature setting is +4 °C. At this temperature, food quality and freshness
are preserved longer.
•
If the temperature of the room where the appliance is installed is below 16 °C, we recommend
setting a temperature lower than 4 °C.
To switch on the appliance, plug the power cord into the power mains
outlet.
To switch off the appliance, unplug the power cord from the power
mains outlet.
•
Set the desired temperature using the A key.
•
Press the A key (several times) until the desired temperature indicator
lights up.
•
The indicator cycles through the settings in a circular manner, from
right to left.
