SET-UP ADJUSTMENTS
The following adjustments should be made Perform the adjustments in order as follows:
when a complete realignment is required or a 4-1. Beam Landing
new picture tube is installed. 4-2. Convergence
These adjustments should be performed with 4-3. Focus (RV707)
rated power supply voltage unless otherwise 4-4. White Balance
noted. Note: Test Equipment Required.

4-1. BEAM LANDING
1. Input a raster signal with the pattern generator.

BRT...... center click
Turn the raster signal of the pattern generator to red.
3. Move the deflection yoke backward, and adjust with
the purity control so that red is in the center and blue
and green are at the sides, evenly. (Fig. 4-1)
