refrigerator is connected, or the main fuse
may have blown.
Electrical power may have gone out.
The appliance is switched off or is set on
Demo/Showroom Mode.
The door may have been opened/closed
frequently.
The surrounding environment may be too
humid.
Foods containing liquids may have been
placed inside the refrigerator in containers
without covers.
The refrigerator door may have been left
ajar.
The door may have been left open for a
long period of time or may not close
properly.
The refrigerator may not be plugged in.
The temperature settings may be incorrect.
Possible power failure.
The refrigerator's performance may vary
based on changes in the ambient
temperature. This is normal and not a
malfunction.
The floor may not be stable or level.
Objects placed on top of the refrigerator
may cause noise.
RESOLUTION
Close the door to prevent the temperature
from rising.
Plug in the product properly.
Check the fuse.
Restore electrical power.
Turn on the appliance or de-activate the
Demo/Showroom Mode.
Do not open/close the refrigerator door
frequently.
Do not install the refrigerator in a location
with a very high level of humidity.
Do not place foods containing liquids inside
the refrigerator in unsealed containers.
Do not keep the doors of your refrigerator
open for a long time.
If the doors will not fully close, contact your
installer.
Make sure that the plug fits the socket.
Select the correct temperature value.
The compressor's thermal overload
protector will shut the compressor off in the
event of a sudden power failure or when
the appliance is unplugged then plugged
back in, as the pressure of the refrigerant
in the refrigerator's cooling system has not
yet been balanced. The refrigerator will
start running normally again after
approximately 6 minutes once power is
restored. If, after this period of time has
elapsed, the refrigerator has not resumed
operation, please call your Authorized
Service Provider.
No action needed. Bear in mind that during
very hot weather and with very high
temperatures in the room it is normal for
the compressor to remain on for extended
periods of time.
If the refrigerator shakes when moved
slightly, adjust the feet to balance it. Make
sure that the floor is level and capable of
bearing the refrigerator's weight.
Remove any objects that are on the
refrigerator.
