(_ ) While holding the IC in place with your finger,
position the 3-lug IC socket so the three lugs
are as shown. Then insert the IC leads into
the socket.
( ) Install a 6-32 x 3/8" pan head screw on the
spacer. Tighten the screw finger tight only.
