Use qualified personnel to maintain the press in good condition. Keep it clean for the best and safest performance. Maximum load (61154 : 15 Ton, 61204 : 20 Ton, 61304 : 30 Ton, 61504 : 50 Ton). DO NOT exceed this rated capac- ity. -
Page 3: Before First Use
3. ASSEMBLY Use the exploded drawing as your guide to assemble the press. Lay all parts and assemblies out in front of you before starting with assembly. The following procedure is recommended : Open the package and place all the parts and assemblies in front of you Disconnect the pump (1) from the frame (2) and remove it from the box Place the press bed pins (3) into the holes (4) under the press bed (5) before removing the frame (2) from the box (only with 50 Ton version). - Page 4 WARNING Failure to comply with the Study, understand, and follow ALWAYS wear protective gear CRUSH HAZARD. Keep hands and feet away from the cylinder, following warnings may result all instructions provided with when operating hydraulic loading area and work piece during operation. 5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS WARNING ! Ensure that you read, understand and apply the safety instructions and warnings before use. Ensure that you have familiarized yourself thoroughly with the product and the hazards associated with its improper use. 5.A Place the delta plates (12) on the press bed (5), then place the workpiece on the delta plates. 5.B Turn the valve on the side (14) counterclockwise to set the plunger on low speed mode for safety. -
