操作说明 正确调节 该装置出厂时， 默认的工作压力设置为1.5 kg/cm², 这样可以保证 ● 工作压力 在换液时汽车储油壶不变形， 进而确保二级密封圈的密封性。 另 外， 可以通过压力调节按键进行压力 “+” “-” 来实现在较低的工 作压力下进行排气或换液， 压力调节过大， 会造成制动系统刹车 总泵损坏。 操作步骤 注意 不需要启动车辆。 从设备的储液罐加注口倒入适量新制动液， 连接12V汽车蓄电 ● 池， 打开 “电源开关” 按键。 按下控 制 按 键 板 “开始” 按 键， 等待压力稳定后， 调整压力 “+” ●... -

更换过程中， 观察汽车制动分泵的集油壶的排出情况， 可以通过 ● “压力” 和 “脉冲” 调整参数控制换油的效率， 设备默认换油时 间一分钟， 一分钟后机器会暂停更换制动液工作， 如未完成可以 按 “开始” 按键继续完成制动液更换， 如果缺液机器会持续发出 报警声音工作3秒后自动暂停， 添加制动液后按 “开始” 按键可以 继续完成制动液更换。 制动液更换完成后， 按下 “停止/泄压” 按键等待10秒， 观察压力 ● 表是否零压力， 如果还存在压力可以循环按 “停止/泄压” 按键， 直至压力为零。 然后取下与汽车链接的接头和油管。 更换完成后， 必须把集油壶里回收的制动液处理干净， 并且把储 ● 液罐内剩余的制动液排出， 如果需要排出机器内部残留制动液 可以循环按 “开始” 按键从出油管排出， 低液位时可以手动从排 液口排出。... -
