My rotary tool was working fine the battery died I charged it like normal upon trying use it once fully charged the tool no longer turns on

If the HART HFRL01 rotary tool does not turn on after charging, possible issues include:

1. The tool may be in overload protection mode. If the motor was overloaded, it automatically shuts off. To reset, wait 5 seconds, then slide the on/off switch to OFF (O) and then to ON (I).

2. There may be a charging error. If the LED is flashing red during charging, this indicates a charging error.

3. The battery may not be fully charged. A solid green LED indicates a full charge; if not solid green, charging may be incomplete.

4. The switch may not be in the correct position. Ensure the switch is in the ON (I) position.

5. The tool may be damaged or defective and require disposal through local waste removal authority, as the battery is non-removable.
