Press record start/stop button or STILL/REC/
PAUSE button to stop recording. Press the button
again to resume recording. The "REC" indication
in the electronic viewfinder goes off in the record/
pause (stand-by) mode.
After recording, set VIDEO/CAM select switch to
"VIDEO", and the camera/recorder will be now in
the stop mode.
Press OPERATE switch off and then EJECT button
to remove cassette.
Always remove the power source from
camera/recorder after use.

NOTE: If you have a cassette tape that has
already been partially recorded on and you want
to record the remaining blank section, see
"USING THE EDIT SEARCH FEATURE" on page
25.
NOTE: "INDEX" is displayed in the viewfinder, and
when an "INDEX" signal is recorded, "INDEX" dis-
appears.
