Examples:
— For 640 Kbps, set switch 7 OFF, 6 ON, 5 and 4 OFF, and 3 ON.
— For 1024 Kbps, set switch 7 OFF; switches 6, 5, 4, and 3 ON.
— For 2048 Kbps, set switches 7, 6, 5, 4, and 3 all to the ON position.
If you change from 2048 Kbps to a lower rate, and the far-end unit is
G.703-compatible, you must set the starting time slot on the G.703-compatible
unit and reset the units.
