Helmer Scientific Pro Line Platelet Incubator - Floor Model Service Manual 2 .3 Connect Back-Up Power The monitoring and alarm system, and chart recorder each have a back-up battery, enabling a period of continuous operation if power is lost. Battery life varies by manufacturer as well as voltage level remaining. The battery must have 48 consecutive hours of power to be fully charged. -

Helmer Scientific Pro Line Platelet Incubator - Floor Model Service Manual Select the communication switch position and connect the data cable and DC power cable supplied with the incubator prior to placing the agitator inside the incubator. Power connection Data ports DC Power Cable Communication Cable Power Connection and Data Ports Connect Pro Line Platelet Agitator 1. Select position 1, 2 or 3 on the Pro Line platelet agitator communication switch using a small flathead screwdriver. (Each agitator installed must have its own unique position. DO NOT DUPLICATE) 2. Attach the DC power cable to the rear of the platelet agitator, ensuring the elbowed end is attached to the agitator and the rotating lock is finger tight. -

Interface circuit is either normally open or normally closed, depending on terminals used. -

Some alarms are visual only; others are visual and audible. Some Alarms are sent through the remote alarm interface. The table below indicates if an alarm is audible (A), visual (V), or sent through the remote alarm interface (R). -

To view settings, touch Settings icon in the App tray or from the Applications menu. Scroll down to select the desired setting. Most settings can be viewed without entering a password. Change Door Open delay setting to 0 minutes by selecting Settings then touching the Alarm Settings button. 2. Touch the Door Open Actions button. The Enter Password screen appears. 3. Enter the password (default password is “1234”) and touch the return key. 4. Touch the (–) on the Door Time spin box to change the value to 0. 5. Open either door.
