LEFT AND RIGHT BUTTONS
These buttons are used to activate
the Push-to-Talk function of your PTT app.
By default both buttons are programmed
to emulate the operation of a PC keyboard F3 key.
This allows the microphone to work with any app
that supports using the F3 key for PTT, or any app
that supports keymapping the PTT key to F3.
To reprogram the keys independently to use
different keystroke emulation, see page XX.
CONTROLS AND CONNECTION
MICROPHONE:
This high sensitivity electret
microphone picks up the user's
voice audio when sending a call.

COILED CABLE
The Desktop mic is supplied with a 2-FT long coiled
cable used to the connect the mic to a Windows PC.
3.5MM MIC PLUG
Connect this plug to the sound card
or motherboard MIC IN jack on the PC.
This plug is used to carry microphone
audio from the Desktop Mic to the PC.

USB-A-PLUG
Connect this plug to a USB-A jack on the
PC. This plug is used to provide power
from the PC to the mic and to enable
keypresses from the microphone to be
registered by the PC.
