  • Page 5 Gerätebeschreibung Die Magnetkernbohrmaschine kann durch den eingebauten mechanisch schaltbaren Permanentmagneten an ferromagnetischen Werkstücken befestigt werden. Hierfür muss der Hebel des Magneten herunter gedrückt werden und die Sicherheitslasche korrekt einrasten. Über das Bedienfeld mit den großen Tasten kann der Motor ein- und ausgeschaltet werden. Die Maschine verfügt über zwei LED: Die Magnetsensor-LED auf dem Gehäuse zeigt den Betriebszustand des Motors und die Haftkraft des Magneten an.
  • Page 6 Inbetriebnahme Sie erhalten eine vollständig montierte Metallkernbohrmaschine sowie eine detaillierte Bedienungsanleitung. Bitte prüfen Sie bei Erhalt der Ware deren Zustand auf mögliche Transportschäden und den Lieferumfang auf Vollständigkeit. Wenden Sie sich bei Problemen bitte umgehend an den Hersteller. Vor dem ersten Gebrauch unbedingt die Bedienungsanleitung lesen! Zuerst Kabel und Stecker auf Beschädigung prüfen, dann den Netzstecker einstecken.
  • Page 7 Magnetsensor-LED auf dem Gehäuse Auf dem Gehäuse der Maschine befindet sich eine Magnetsensor-LED, die den Betriebszustand der Maschine und die Haftung des Magneten anzeigt. Nach beendetem Bohrvorgang können Sie den Motor wie gewohnt ausschalten. Die Maschine befindet sich nun wieder im normalen Modus mit Sensorschutzfunktion. Motor-LED auf dem Bedienfeld Die Motor-LED auf dem Bedienfeld signalisiert neben dem Betriebszustand des Motors auch dessen Temperatur sowie den Zustand der Kohlebürsten.
  • Page 9 Arbeiten mit Kernbohrern  Zentrier- und Auswerferstift durch den Kopf des Kernbohrers schieben.  Kernbohrer mit Weldonschaft, werden mit den Klemmschrauben (DIN 913) auf den beiden Spannflächen festgespannt. Verletzungsgefahr! Immer Handschuhe tragen da scharfkantig.  Den Kernbohrer aufsetzen und das Werkstück anbohren bis die ganze Schnittfläche als Kreisring ausgebildet ist.
  • Page 10 Besonderheiten im Umgang mit schaltbaren Permanentmagneten Auf der Unterseite der Metallkernbohrmaschine befindet sich die Magnethaftfläche, welche die Haftkraft im aktivierten Zustand über den Magnetfluss erzeugt. Der Magnet lässt sich durch Herunterdrücken des Hebels unabhängig von der Netzspannung aktivieren. Zum Lösen die schwarze Sicherheitslasche mit dem Handballen hineindrücken und den Hebel nach oben ziehen.

  • Page 15 Device description The magnetic core drilling machine can be attached to ferromagnetic workpieces using the installed mechanically switchable permanent magnet. For this purpose, the magnetic lever must be pressed downwards and the safety tab must latch into place correctly. The motor can be switched on and off using the large keys on the operator panel.
  • Page 16 Start-up You receive a completely assembled magnetic core drilling machine and detailed operating manual. Please check the condition of the goods on receipt for any transport damage, and make sure the delivery is complete. Otherwise contact the manufacturer immediately. Always read the operating manual before using the device for the first time! First, check the cable and plug for damage, then insert the plug in the mains socket.

After completion of the drilling process, turn off the motor as usual. The machine is now back in normal mode with its sensor safety function.

  • Page 20 Special information on handling switchable permanent magnets The magnetic surface is located on the underside of the magnetic core drilling machine and generates the magnetic holding force through magnetic flux when activated. The magnet can be activated independently of the mains voltage by pressing the lever down.

Veuillez contrôler l'état de la marchandise sur des éventuels dommages dus au transport et le contenu exhaustif de la commande dès réception de la marchandise. Contactez immédiatement le fabricant en cas de problème. Lire impérativement le manuel d'utilisation avant la première utilisation !   • Page 29 Pour des travaux avec les fraises à carotter  Insérez le pointeau de centrage et d’éjection par la tête de la fraise.  Les fraises à tige Weldon sont fixées avec des vis (DIN 913) sur les deux surfaces plates prévues à cet effet. Risque de blessures ! Toujours porter des gants car les arêtes sont tranchantes.
  • Page 30 Particularités lors de la manipulation des aimants permanents commutables La surface adhérente de l’aimant se trouve sur la face inférieure de la perceuse et produit l'adhérence par le flux magnétique lorsque l’aimant est activé. Celui peut être activé indépendamment de la tension réseau en abaissant le levier.

  • Page 35 Descripción del dispositivo La perforadora sacanúcleos puede ser fijada a piezas ferromagnéticas con el iman permanente conmutable mecánicamente empotrado en la máquina. Para ello se debe presionar la palanca de los imanes hacia abajo y la pletina de seguridad encastrar correctamente. A través del panel de mando con grandes teclas se puede conectar y desconectar el motor.

Por favor compruebe el estado de la mercancía a cualquier daño de transporte y a la integridad del volumen de suministro. En caso contrario contacte inmediatamente con el fabricante. ¡Antes del primer uso leer imprescindiblemente el manual de instrucciones!   • Page 40 Particularidades en la manipulación con imanes permanentes conmutables En el lado inferior de la perforadora sacanúcleos magnética se encuentra la superficie de adherencia magnética la cual en estado activado generan una fuerza de adhesión a través del flujo magnético. El imán permite activarse independientemente de la tensión de la red presionando hacia abajo la palanca.
