Color
The default colors used in the HP 16500B display will be correctly duplicated
on most computers. Computers that are configured to support only 16 colors
will substitute for some default colors. For example, gray will be substituted
for tan as a background color in HP 16500B screens when displayed on some
personal computers.
Window Dimensions and Content
The dimensions of the HP 16500B window are set at 576 x 378 pixels to
match the instrument display. The actual size of the window will vary with
the physical and pixel dimensions of your computer display. Re–sizing the
window will not add more content.
Unsupported Instrument Modules
The following measurement modules are not supported with the X Window
interface:

HP 16510A and 16510B
•
HP 16515A and 16516A
•
HP 16530A and 16531A
•
HP 16540A and 16541A
Access to their menu structures via the X Window interface is not blocked.
Some functions these modules have in common with supported modules may
work properly. Other functions, such as waveform display, will not work.
