This section describes how to set up the Auxiliary Driver Cam after calibration.
Step1:
Navigate to Preferences >Alarm>AI>Algorithm Calibration

Set Channel4 to Auxiliary Dashcam.
•
Note:
Channel 4 should be set to Normal mode. The alarm can only be triggered in Normal
•
mode. And Channel 2 must be set to none under the Algorithm calibration menu.
When the Auxiliary Driver Cam is connected to AI Dash Cam, the AI Driver Status
•
Monitor functionality will defer to Auxiliary Driver Cam. The built-in driver facing
camera on the AI Dash Cam (Channel 2) can then be used for recording as a
conventional front to back facing camera.
Step2:
Navigate to Preferences >Alarm>AI>Auxiliary Dashcam

Enable all functions in Auxiliary Dashcam.
•
Note: Auxiliary Driver Cam performs same functions as DSM except for having a
Fatigued Driver alarm.
