Troubleshooting
Problem
The device cannot
be
switched on.
The device switches
off automatically
during operation.
If the problem persists, contact the customer service listed on the last page.

Possible cause
The mains plug is not
correctly plugged in.
The socket has no
power.
The device is
defective.
The tilt protection
has triggered or is
blocked.
The overheat
protection has
triggered.
The tilt protection
has triggered.
Remedy
Check that the mains plug
fits properly.
Check the socket by connecting a
different device to it.
Have the device repaired by the
manufacturer, their customer
service or a similarly qualified
person.
Make sure that the device is set up
in an upright position on a level
surface and/or that the tilt
protection switch on the bottom
of the device can move freely.
