General information General information Reading and storing the user manual This user manual accompanies this flame effect heater (hereafter referred to as the "heater"), and contains important information on setup and handling. Before using the heater, read the user manual carefully. This particularly applies to the safety instructions. -

Safety Safety Proper use The heater is exclusively designed for the purpose of heating a room. It is only intended for private use and not suitable for commercial purposes. Only use the heater as described in this user manual. Any other use is considered improper and may result in damage to property. - Page 9 Safety or after the heater malfunction, has been dropped in any manner. Discard heater, or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair. − Do not open the housing; instead, have a qualified professional perform repairs. Contact a qualified workshop for this.
- Page 10 Safety − Never reach to retrieve an electrical device if it has fallen into water. In such a case, immediately disconnect the power plug. − Never insert any objects into the housing, ventilation or exhaust openings. − Always switch the heater off and unplug it when you are not using it, when you intend to clean it, or in the event of a malfunction.

Danger for children and persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental capacities (e.g., partially disabled persons, older persons with reduced physical and mental capacities) or lack of experience and knowledge (e.g., older children). − Keep children younger than three years old away from the heater unless continuously supervised.
- Page 12 Safety − Make sure the heating element/air vent slots are not covered and that there is adequate ventilation in the room. − Immediately unplug the heater if fire or smoke is emitted. − Never use the heater near curtains, walls, under cupboards or near other flammable materials and make sure it is at least 3 feet (1 m) away from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.

First use First use Checking the heater and package contents NOTICE! Risk of damage! If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a sharp knife or other pointed object, you may quickly damage the heater. − For this reason, be very careful when opening the packaging. -

Cleaning and maintenance 4. Set the temperature knob to your desired heat setting by turning it clockwise for warmer air or counterclockwise for cooler air. 5. Set the dimmer knob for the desired flame effect by turning it clockwise for a higher effect or counterclockwise for a lower effect. The flame effect is displayed at the front of the heater. -

Seguridad Seguridad Uso debido La estufa está diseñada exclusivamente para calentar una sala. Está concebida únicamente para uso privado, y no está prevista para fines comerciales. Utilice la estufa solo como se describe en este manual del usuario. Cualquier otra utilización se considerará inapropiada y puede provocar daños materiales.
