- Page 2 Maintenance Manual Osmosis System Introduction The AQRO 2200LE reverse osmosis system is designed to provide high quality water from well and municipal sources for use in applications requiring large volumes of product water. This manual is designed primarily for use by the water treatment pro- fessional and / or equipment installer who is already familiar with RO sys- tem installation and sound plumbing practices.

When sizing and installing a reverse osmosis system it is important to test and record the pressure, temperature, and the TDS of the feed water as these are factors that will affect the production of the sys- tem. -

Note where the feed and drain connections will be, also where the storage tank(s) will set. Then place the AQRO in a suitable place that is easily accesible for service. Note that drinking water applications require the addition of a post filter after the storage tank sized to the requirements of the product service flow. - Page 8 Commercial Reverse Installation, Operation, and AQRO Maintenance Manual Osmosis System Installation Procedure (con't) Product Water Connection Connect 1/2" tubing to the permeate connection on the AQRO system and run to the storage tank. Position the fitting entering the storage tank on top of the tank in a location that will prevent the flow from falling directly on top of the float.

Slowly open the feedwater valve and allow the pre filter and tubig to pres- surize. When fully pressurized, open the feed water valve fully. Plug the electrical cord in to a 115 volt outlet (or the float connection). -

The maintenance consists of changing the pre filter, changing the post filter if equiped with a cartridge type, and sanitizing the system.
