Description
I n sta l l the half load i ng cam on the cam bracket assembly,

then mount the s l ide cam plate assembly so that its stud sets
into the groove on the ha lf loading cam .
2)
I nsta l l t h e a r m gear assembly on t h e cam bracket assembly.
3 ) Assemble the second gear and the control cam so that the
stud of the control cam sets i nto the hole of the second gear.
4) Mou nt the above assembly (control cam and second gear) on
the cam bracket assembly to satisfy the relation i nd icated in
figure.
5) Do not turn the control cam from this position for the next
step.
Refer to Fig. 1 -3-4 and press the plate assembly toward the

right to overlap the i nd i cated hole with that of the main deck .
Then i nsta l l the cam bracket assembly.

Note: If the arm and load i ng gears do not mesh properly, use a
jeweler's screwdr i ver or simi lar tool to engage the gear teeffi .

1 ) Engage the plate assembly and mode switch as shown i n F ig.
1 -3-5. Partially tighten screw

Press the plate assembly toward the right to where the holes
are overlapped as i n Fig. 1 -3-4. Insert a jeweler's screwdriver
i nto the holes to keep them a l igned.
3) Shift the mode switch to al ign the V-notch as indicated in
Fig. 1 -3-5. Then tighten screw
4) Remove the jeweler's screwdriver, then reinsta l l and solder the
circuit board.
