OPTION
ON POLYESTER
1. Using a pencil, mark the location of the
screws for each plate.
2. Drill each mark:
• with ø 4 for 4.8 mm screws
• with a ø 5.5 bit for 5 mm metric screws
3.
Mill the holes.

Put silicon in the holes for
sealing.
5.
Screw the plates (parts 1, 2 and 3 of the kit)
to the boat:
If you are screwing on teak + polyester, use
•
the 4.8 x 60 screws (part 12 in the kit).
If you are screwing on thin polyester, use
•
the M5 x 35 screws + nut + washer (parts
13, 14 and 16 in the kit).
For all other cases, use the 4.8 x 19
•
screws (part 11 in the kit).
Use the plastic backplate (part 4 in the kit)
•
to reinforce the assembly.

INSTALLING THE ATTACHMENTS
1. Use the collars and bolts provided
(parts 5, 6 and 7 in the kit).
2. Use the set of shims (part 17 in the
kit) adapted to the diameter of the
handrail.
