Leviton v-0-max 2320-BU Installation Instructions

WARNINGS:

INSTALLATION

NOTES:
• Back and side wire accepts up to #10 AWG copper or copper-clad wire.
• Refer to NEC tables article 400, or CEC Tables 11 and 19 in Canada only, for proper wire type and size for your application and load.
• For flanged intlet and outlet drilling plans, please see Leviton's E-Z Find Catalog at www.leviton.com.
1A. TO SIDE WIRE (see Wiring Chart): Remove insulation approx. 3/4" (1.9 cm). Connect wires as follows: Loop wires clockwise 3/4 turn around terminal screws
(DO NOT tin conductors). Tighten terminal screws over wire loops using the appropriate torque value, which can be found at Leviton.com/torquevalue.
1B. TO BACK WIRE (see Wiring Chart): Remove wire insulation per strip gauge on back of device or about 5/8" (1.6 cm). Insert straight wires under clamps next to
appropriate terminal screws (DO NOT tin conductors). Tighten terminal screws using the appropriate torque value, which can be found at
Leviton.com/torquevalue.
2. Mount device with long mounting screws. Attach wallplate.
3. Restore power at circuit breaker or fuse. INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE.
