ASSEMBLY B: FOR TRACTORS 1533-1538-1635- 1640 Use the bracket kit 700733-2 Place the right hitch bracket (item 1) on the frame as shown with two hex. bolt 9/16’’ x 2’’ (item 3) and secure with two nylon insert lock nuts (item 4) as shown.
ASSEMBLY STEP 2: SUBFRAME PREPARATION A: For tractors 3016-3616-1526-1626 Modify the configuration of the subframe. • Remove the three U bolts (item 1). • Remove the rear guard (item 2). • Reposition the hoses on the hydraulic cylinder according to figure A. B: For tractors 1533-1538-1640 modifications required.

ASSEMBLY Use location A: for tractors 3016-3616-1526-1626 Insert the rear subframe (item 1) into the front subframe (item 2). Secure in place with the eight 5/8’’ x 1 1/2’’ hex bolts (item 3), two 5/8’’ x 2’’ hex bolts (item 4) and 5/8’’ nylon insert lock nuts (item 5) positioning the protection angles (item 6) and the bearing support (item 7) at the same time.

ASSEMBLY Insert the bearing (item 1) between the two flangettes (item 2) as shown. Secure the flangettes on the bracket (item 5) (on the side pointed by the arrow) with the two 5/16’, x 3/4’’ carriage bolts (item 3) and the 5/16’’ nylon insert lock nuts (item 4).

ASSEMBLY Insert the drive shaft (item 1) in the bearings (items 2 & 3) as shown. The distance A must be 2 3/4’’ Tighten the set screws (94 lbf-in) on the bearings and the nylon insert lock nuts (item 5) on the brackets. Readjustment if needed: When installing the driveline shaft, it will be possible to slightly readjust the position of the shaft.

ASSEMBLY B: FOR TRACTORS 1533-1536-1635 Connect the hydraulic hoses (item 1) on the vehicle taking care to not having a surplus of hoses between the U-bolt (item 2) and the tractor’s hydraulic connections. Put a tie wrap where indicated (item 3) to hold the surplus of hoses between the U-bolt (item 2) and the cylinder.

ASSEMBLY Start the vehicle’s engine, lift the accessory and stop the vehicle’s engine. The rear of the subframe was lifted off the ground when the accessory was raised. Secure the rear of the subframe (item 1) in place with the pin (item 2) and lynch pin (item 3). NOTE: If the accessory is not available or the ground is too uneven, raise the rear of the subframe by inserting a pry bar in the hole (item 4) or use a car...

ASSEMBLY IMPORTANT: Make sure to thread the hoses through the hook on the hydraulic hose support and the hook on the front hitch bracket as done previously with the hoses for the hydraulic lift system. IMPORTANT: Twists in the hydraulic hoses will wear them out prematurely.
