Ingredients:
(Yield: 36 Cupcakes)
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
Directions:
1.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
2.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with a handheld mixer on medium until fluffy
and light. Add egg, milk, vanilla, and blend until mixed. Using slow speed, mix dry
ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Small lumps are okay.
3.
Add 1 tbsp of batter into each cupcake mold of your preheated Mini Cupcake Maker,
and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4.
Carefully remove the cupcakes using the Easy-lift Tray, allow them to cool, and enjoy.

¼ cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa
powder
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
Directions:

In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda,
and salt.
2.
In a second bowl, whisk together egg, sour cream, milk, and vanilla.

In a larger bowl, beat butter and sugar with a handheld mixer on medium until fluffy
and light. Add wet ingredients, blending until mixed. Using slow speed, mix in dry
ingredients until just combined. Small lumps are okay.
4.
Add 1 tbsp of batter into each cupcake mold of your preheated Mini Cupcake Maker,
and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
5.
Carefully remove the cupcakes using the Easy-lift Tray, allow them to cool, and enjoy.
