An Accuglide™ conveyor with mechanical sensor rollers can be upgraded by replacing the existing pivoting sensor roller assemblies, air-valves, and piping with Accuglide ZoneFlex™ (ZF) components. Photo-eye accumulation provides more accurate detection of lower weight items, leads to less operating noise, and has fewer wear items than the mechanical sensor rollers.
