Preparation instructions
Milk froth:
∙ We recommend using milk with a high protein content.
For best results, the milk should be taken from the
refrigerator immediately before frothing.
∙ To achieve a thicker froth, go through a cold-frothing
cycle first, followed by a hot-frothing cycle.
∙ When the milk froth is ready, remove the milk jug from
the base immediately and pour it straight into the cup.
Hot chocolate / cocoa:
∙ To prepare drinking chocolate from milk and chocolate
or cocoa.
∙ Grate the chocolate finely before preparation.
∙ Fill in the chocolate / cocoa only after the programme
has started, when the milk is already being stirred.
Otherwise, the stirring tool could jam.
∙ We recommend using the following amounts of
chocolate:
150 ml milk è approx. 10 - 15 g
300 ml milk è approx. 25 - 30 g

from the power supply and has cooled down completely.
∙ To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the base
or the power cord with water and do not immerse them.
∙ The base can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and
some detergent.
∙ Thoroughly clean the milk container and lid in warm
water with a little detergent immediately after each use
to avoid scorching.
