- Page 3 1. Introduction The DIGITUS USB 3.0 Hub Industrial is ideal for consumer and industrial applications due to its metal housing and the screwable USB outputs. It can be installed on the wall or on a carrier rail and is connected to a computer, notebook or server with the supplied USB 3.0 cable.

- Page 6 6. Powering the Hub The Industrial USB 3.0 Hub with 15KV ESD Protection requires a 9-24 VDC external power source (not included) to work. Power up the Industrial Hub through either the DC Power Jack or 3-Pin Terminal Block. DC Power Jack Plug the power adapter into a reliable power source, then connect it to the hub's DC Power Jack.

Refer to Pin Assignment in the next section for wiring the power adapter (power adapter not included). Power Terminal Pin Assignment 9-24 VDC CGND 7. Hardware Installation Mount your hub on the wall or DIN-Rail, if needed.
- Page 8 Insert the top of the DIN-Rail clip onto the DIN-Rail track, then gently push the bottom of the hub to secure it to the DIN-Rail track.
