2-3-5 Lasing position check

The lasing position can be checked visually by using the red guide laser.
With the guide laser the following data can be indicated.

Where the red point is closest to the
center of the cross is the rough indication
of the work distance.
• Use the guide laser only as the guideline. For the appropriate laser processing quality, fine adjust the work distance and
setting position of the target object by checking the actual lasing results.
• When the fiber unit is removed and re-installed, the lasing position might be misaligned relative to the guide laser
radiation position. To align the lasing position, calibrate the working field with following the procedures described in
Operation Manual.

Description
Displays the working field frame and center lines with the guide laser.
Displays the setting data in the file.
The drawing data with laser power correction 0% setting is not displayed.
Displays only VEC/DXF and Custom shape drawings with laser power correction 0%
setting.
The guide laser shows the rough indication of the work distance (distance from the
head base to the processing surface).
The red point emitted in oblique and the red cross emitted perpendicularly from the
head are displayed. The distance where the laser point is closest to the center of the
cross represents the guide of the work distance.
