To forward calls

Find and tap
.

Tap
> Settings.

Dual SIM users, tap Calling accounts, and select a SIM card. Single SIM
users, tap Calls.

Tap Call forwarding > Voice, then select an option.

Enter the number you want to forward calls to, then tap Turn on.
To turn off call forwarding

Find and tap

> Settings > Calls.

Dual SIM users, select a SIM card.

Tap Call forwarding > Voice.

Select an option, then tap Turn off.
To enable the Dual SIM reachability function

Find and tap Settings > Network & Internet > Dual SIM > Dual SIM
reachability.

Under Dual SIM reachability, tap the slider to enable the function.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure.
If the Dual SIM reachability function does not work after you enable it, check you have
entered the phone numbers correctly for each SIM card. In some cases, the numbers are
detected automatically during setup. Otherwise, you are prompted to enter them manually.

Blocking calls and messages

You can block certain numbers from calling you and from sending you messages.
Select from stored numbers or type in a number yourself.
To block a stored number

Find and tap
.

Touch and hold the number you want to block.

Tap Block number, then tap BLOCK. Calls and texts from this number are
blocked.
To block a number by typing the number

Find and tap
.

Tap
> Settings > Block numbers > Add a number.

Enter the phone number you want to block, then tap BLOCK. Calls and texts
from this number are blocked.
To unblock a blocked number

Find and tap
.

Tap
> Settings > Block numbers.

Tap
next to the phone number you want to unblock, then tap UNBLOCK.
Calls and texts from this number are no longer blocked.
