To fix a broken handle lever on a Chicco FIT360 car seat, follow these steps:

1. Identify the bottom and top pieces of the lever lock.
2. Locate the two small metal springs. Ensure the hooks on the springs face upward.
3. Align the hooks so they go inside the holes on each piece.
4. Position the spring so it rests inside the notch on the main buckle.
5. Assemble the top and bottom pieces together, ensuring the springs are correctly installed.

This will restore the lever function.
