FUNCTION (example)
Instructs the modem to go off hook and transmit
a carrier signal so that the modem automatically
answers an incoming call. (ATA)
Repeats the last command you entered, allowing
you to redial a telephone number after receiving
a busy signal. (A/)
Prepares the modem to receive your commands
and must precede all commands except A/ and
+ + 4. (AT)
Tells the modem to dial the telephone number
that follows. (ATD5551212)
Returns you online without disconnecting the
call. (ATO)
Instructs the modem to use pulse dialing.

Reverses, or changes, the originate mode of
your modem to answer mode after dialing a call.
