Please keep your app up to date with the latest version.
As special situations may arise, the following is explicitly asserted: Not all Android
and iOS systems are compatible with the app. We accept no liability for any issues
arising due to incompatibility.
Wireless safety strategy
This product only supports WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE encryption or no
encryption.
WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE encryption is recommended.
Caution
The control process may occasionally time out due to different network situations. If
this happens, the board and app displays may differ. Please do not be confused.
Your smartphone camera needs to be 5 million pixels or above to ensure that the QR
code can be scanned correctly.
The request may occasionally time out due to different network situations and you
will have to configure the network again.
The app system is subject to update without prior notice for enhancement of product
features. The actual network configuration process may differ slightly from what is
set out in the manual: the relevant process must be applied.

It has no similarities with the QR code supplied with the product.

ome Plus" app and download it.
iOS users: scan the iOS QR code or go to the App Store, search for the "NetHome
Plus" app and download it.
