PURPOSE OF USE
- The hot glue gun can be used for the following purpose:
• Heating sticks Ø 11 - Ø 12 mm to apply thermofusible glue.
- The HOT GLUE GUN must not be used for the following purposes
• the gun must not be used to melt any materials other than thermofusible glue sticks.
• may not be used for any purposes other than those specified above.
WORK AREA SAFETY
Do not operate the hot glue gun in environments containing potentially explosive atmospheres, because sparks may be
generated, which can ignite the dust or fumes.
Do not use the hot glue gun near flammable material.
Do not operate the hot glue gun in humid or wet environments.
Danger of burns: during operation, the nozzle reaches high temperatures.
While the hot glue gun is being operated, fumes or vapours may develop from the melting of glue sticks; use in a
ventilated room.
HOT GLUE GUN SAFETY
- Before use, check that the hot glue gun has not been damaged, and that there are no worn parts.
- Do not force the hot glue gun. Do not modify the hot glue gun. This can reduce the effectiveness of safety measures and
increase operator risk.
- Before replacing the gun, leave it cool to room temperature.
- Pulling the glue sticks from the back might damage the mechanism. To change the type of glue, cut the protruding end part
and feed it with the new type of glue.
- Keep the power cord away from the nozzle or other heat sources.
- To clean the hot glue gun, use a a dry cloth. Always disconnect the hot glue gun from the mains power supply.

PERSONNEL SAFETY

- Stay alert; watch what you are doing
- Do not touch the heated nozzle of the gun or the hot adhesive.
- Keep the hot glue gun out of the reach of children.
