SUGGESTIONS OF USE
• You can use your Contact Grill for various purposes such as warming and
cooking foods, grilling, toasting.
• Thanks to the adjustable thermostat and the temperature indicator light,
this appliance operates safely, prevents overheating and keeps the cooking
surface at a constant selected temperature, ensuring the right cooking time.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• You can remove the single-sided non-stick cooking plates of your appliance
by depressing the clips slightly.
• Before using for the fi rst time rinse the cooking plates with tepid water and a
little dishwashing detergent. Then, attach the cooking plates to their place. A
click sound will indicate that the edges have been fi tted well onto the cooking
surface.
• We recommend you to oil the surfaces slightly, before using for the fi rst time.
• Connect the mains plug to the power outlet and set the variable temperature
button to the maximum level. You may notice a slight smoke or odor. This is
normal and will not recur after a while.
Note: Ensure that the cord is kept away from the cooking plates when in use.

Use as a Sandwich Maker
• Plug your appliance to the socket, set the heat control thermostat to a proper
position for cooking settings indicated on your appliance, and preheat the
unit. When the heat indicator light goes off, your appliance reaches the
necessary temperature.
