Electronic immobilizer
The immobilizer prevents your vehicle from being
started by unauthorized persons
.
Inside the
key
there
is
a computer chip. This chip
automatically activates/deactivates the electron-
ic immobilizer.

The electronic immobilizer deactivates automati

cally when you
insert
the remote control key
into
the ignition
lock.
It activates again automatically
when you remove the
remote
control key from
the ignition
