As figure 1 shown, remove and discard the protector(1) after completing the finished wall. Turn off the valve.
As figure 2 shown, install the stem adapter(2) into the handle(3). Pre-install the screw(4) from the screw hole in
the bottom. Slide the escutcheon(5) onto the sleeve.
Install the handle to the valve stem. Make sure its lever is vertical downwards. Tighten the screw with hex
wrench(6). NOTE: Do not excessively tighten the screw.
The figure 3 shows the correct position of the handle in the closed position.
