Machine Component Identification
1.)
Fill Cap. T he fill cap is vented to allow air to enter the tank as the chemical is used, but
doesn't allow chemical to escape the tank.
2.)
Agitator. The agitator sends flow from the pump back to the tank. This flow agitates
the fluid in the tank and keeps chemicals well mixed.
3.)
Spraye r Tank. The sprayer tank holds the chemical.
4.)
Solenoid. The solenoid is an electrical component that turns the hose reel On/Off when
the hose reel rewind button is pushed
5.)
Hose Reel. The hose reel is the storage location for the gun hose.
6.)
Gun Hose . The gun hose transfers the chemical from the sprayer to the spray gun.
7.)
On/Off Control. Use the on/off control to start or stop engine.
8.)
Hose Reel Re wind. The hose reel rewind is a push button switch. When pushed, the
hose reel begins to rewind. When released, the hose reel stops.
9.) Straine r. The strainer prevents debris from entering the pump.
10.) Pre ssure Re gulator. T urn the pressure regulator until the sprayer is running at the
desired pressure. Do not exceed 435 PSI.
11.) Pre ssure Gauge . The gauge is an indicator of the system pressure
12.) Spray Gun. Use the spray gun to apply chemical to specific areas. The spray pattern is
adjustable from cone to stream by twisting the handle(see Operation Instructions).
13.) Gun Clips. Use the gun clips to store the spray gun.
14.) Pump. The pump makes the chemical flow to the spray gun.
15.) Engine . T he air-cooled engine powers the pump.
