Steps for Entering Names and Symbols
The dialing buttons can be used to enter
letters and character symbols.
Pressing each button selects a character
as shown below.
(JOG DIAL)
To move the cursor [] to the right or left.

To move the cursor g to the left.

To move the cursor [ to the right.
If you make a mistake while entering a name
Use (JOG DIAL) to move the cursor to the incorrect character, then make
the correction. You can also use (*) (e) or (#) (>) to move the cursor for
42 corrections. You can delete one character by pressing [HOLD/CLEAR).
