Directions for use

Operate the remote control unit while it is pointed toward the
photosensitive window, as shown
in the diagram below.
e
The remote control unit can be used at distances up to about 8
meters
in a straight line away from
this unit.
This distance will decrease if there are obstructions in the way
of the transmission or if the light shaft is not directed straight
at this unit.

Do not press the operating buttons on the receiver and the remote control unit at the same time. This will cause
misoperation.

Operation of the remote control will become less effective if the infrared photosensitive window is exposed to strong light or if there
are obstructions
between
the remote
contro!
unit and the photosensitive
window.

Incase you operate your VCR, TV or other components by remote control, do not operate buttons on two different remote control units
at the same
time. This will cause
mis-operation.
Operate not only the DRA
625R or 425R receiver but also a cassette deck
and a CD player from the handy full-system remote
control pad.

Ifthe power is turned off with the remote control unit, the receiver is switched to the power stand-by state. If you are to be absenifor a
long
period of time, be sure to turn the power
off using the POWER
switch
on the receiver.

one of the input selector
indicators @ remains
lit.
e You may experience erratic operation of the remote control unit if it is operated in fluorescent light and direct sunlight, in particlaar if
this light strikes the remote control sensor on the receiver. However, this is not a malfunction, and if this should happen, protet the
sensor against such light.
