i.LINK (DV lnterf:_ce) compatible devices

MICROMV or HDV recorders/players are
not compatible with DV devices. Before
connecting to other devices, be sure to
confirm whether the device is compatible
with a DV device or not. For details on

Near strong radio waves or radiation. Tile

or dust gets in your camcorder, il may

Near windows or outdoors, where tile LCD
screen, tile viewfinder, or tile lens may be
exposed to direct sunlight. This damages the
inside of the viewfinder or the LCD semen.
Anywhere rely humid.
• Operate your camcorder on DC 7.2 V (bauely
pack) or DC 8.4 V (AC Adaptor).
• For DC or AC operation, use the accessories
recommended in these operating instructions.
• Do not let your camcoMer gel wet, Rir example,
from rain or sea waler. If your camcorder gels
wet, il nlay nlaltunctkm, gotllelinles lhis
malflmction cannot be repaired.
• If ally solkl objecl or liquid gets inside the
casing, unplug your camcorder and have it
checked by a Sony dealer helore operating il
ally turther.
• Avoid rough handling, disassembling,
moditying, physical shock, or impact such as
hamnlering, dropping or stepping on file
product. Be particularly carefl/l of the lens.
• Keep the POWER swilch selling to OPF(CHG)
when you arc not using yollr eamcorder.
• Do not wrap your eatllcorder wilh a towel, lor
example, and operate it. Doing so might cause
heat to build up inskle.
• When disconnecting the power cord, pull it by
the plug and not the cord.
• Do not damage tile power cord such as by
placing anything heavy on it.
• Keep nletal contacls clean.
