Prepare your camcorder for
playback.
Insert the recurded cassette.
Slide the POWER switch repeatedly to
turn on the PLAY/EDIT lamp.
Prepare your VCR/DVD device for
recording.
When dubbing to the VCR, insert a
cassette for recording.
When dubbing tu the DVD recurder.
insert a DVD fur recurdiug.
If your recording device has an input
selectur, set it to the appropriate input
(such as video input I. video input2).
Connect your VCR/DVD device to
your camcorder as a recording
device.
Connect >our camcorder to the input
jacks uf a VCR or a DVD device.
Start playback on the camcorder,
and recording on the VCR/DVD
device.
Refer to the operating instructiuns
supplied with your recording device for
details.

• When connected using an i.LINK cable, the
recorded picture beconles rough when a picture
is paused on your canlcorder while recording 1o
a VCR.
• When connected using an LLINK cable, data
code (date/time/camera settings data) nlay not
be displayed or recorded depending on the
device or application.
When dubbing is complete, stop
your camcorder and the VCR/DVD
device.
• To record tile date/time and canlera seuings data
when connecled by tile A/V connecting cable,
display thenl on file screen (p. 39, 4g).
