Inserer et enlever la cartouche
•Debrancher toujours le moteur avant d'inserer ou d'enlever la
cartouche, (mettre I'interrupteur inverseur sur Neutre).
•Pour retirer la batterie, sortez-la de I'outil
tout en appuyant sur les boutons des
deux cotes de la batterie.
•Pour inserer la batterie, alignez la
languette de la batterie sur la rainure du
logement, et glissez la batterie en place.
Inserez-la toujours a fond, jusqu'a ce
qu'elle se verrouille dans un leger declic.
Sinon, elle risque de tomber acciden-
tellement de I'outil, ce qui pourrait vous
blesser, vous ou d'autres personnes
alentour.

•Ne forcez jamais quand vous introduisez la pile-cartouche. Si la
cartouche n'entre pas aisement, c'est que vous ne I'inserez
pas correctement. ,

Installing or removing battery cartridge
•Always switch off the tool before insertion or removal of the
battery cartridge.
•To remove the battery cartridge, with¬
draw it from the tool while pressing the
buttons on both sides of the cartridge.
•To insert the battery cartridge, align the
tongue on the battery cartridge with the
groove in the housing and slip it into
place. Always insert it all the way until it
locks in place with a little click. If not, it
may accidentally fall out of the tool,
causing injury to you or someone around
you.

•Do not use force when inserting the battery cartridge. If the
cartridge does not slide in easily, it is not being inserted
correctly.
Recharge
•Votre nouvelle batterie n'est pas chargee. Vous devez done la
charger avant de travailler. Servez-vous du chargeur rapide de
modele DC1411 pour charger votre batterie.
•Branched le chargeur rapide sur une
prise de courant adequate C.A. Le
temoin de recharge s'allume alors en
vert.
•Inserez la batterie de fagon que ses
bornes positive et negative correspon¬
dent aux signes equivalents de chargeur.
Inserez la batterie a fond en sorte qu'elle
repose sur le fond du logement du
chargeur.

Charging
•Your new battery cartridge is not charged. You will need
to charge it before use. Use the high capacity battery charger
Model DC1411 to charge the battery cartridge.
•Plug the high capacity battery charger
into the proper A.C. voltage source. The
charging light will flash in green color.
•Insert the battery cartridge so that the
plus and minus terminals on the battery
cartridge are on the same sides as their
respective markings on the high capa¬
city battery charger. Insert the cartridge
fully into the port so that it rests on the
charger port floor.
