ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
SPECIAL NOTES:
− Build on flat and level ground
− Avoid tightening bolts down completely until the rack is fully assembled
− Reference positions: left/right/front/back are from forklift cab viewing the work platform
− The order of assembling hardware kit is always to push BOLT through the holes, and then
− place FLAT WASHER, SPRING WASHER and NUT onto the end of the bolt to fasten.
STEP 1: INSTALLING BASE PLATFORM
Attach CENTER FRAME (42) and SIDE FRAME (42) on the front and back sides together using
HEXA BOLT M16x45 (43), FLAT WASHER M16 (32), SPRING WASHER (31) and HEXA NUT (41).
Fasten the hardware on, but do not tighten until all hardware are in place.
