SPECIFICATIONS:
Direct steam tilting kettle mounted in a module cabinet base,
Vulcan-Hart Model No. (VDMT40) (VDMT60). Stainless steel
front, doors, sides and legs with rear feet flanged. One-piece
stainless steel spring assist cover. Steam control and dual
temperature faucet mounted on cabinet table top. Direct con-
nected steam kettle. All welded, type 304 stainless steel kettle.

Kettle is / jacketed and the bottom is hemispheric design.

(Type 316 stainless steel liner - 40 gallons only.) Operates 35
psi (2.4 kg/cm 2 ), includes safety pop-off valve and steam
control. 2" tangent draw-off valve, perforated strainer. Swing
drain and removable strainer under draw-off valve. Hydraulic
power tilt locks into any position set by operator. Kettle tilts 90°
to empty into the stainless steel food receiving pan support.
Requires 120 volt, 60 Hz, 1 phase power supply, _______
amps and direct steam.
