Wait at least ten minutes after opera-
tionn before checking transmission oil
level.
1. Check transmission oil level as fol¬
lows.
Lube Points: Two Pivot Points of
Clutch-Brake Pedal; Two Points on
Clutch Rod that Contact Rod Guide;
Two Pivot Points of Idler Pulley
Bracket.

a. Remove the transmission oil level
check capscrew (A, figure 11). (Ap¬
ply sealant to capscrew threads
before reinstalling.)
b. Oil should be level with bottom of
hole. If not, remove the drawbar.

tighten capscrew and fill plug. Re¬
install the drawbar.
2. Check battery fluid level as follows.
a. Raise the seat.
b. Remove filler caps, one at a time. ■
c. Fluid must be even with split ring
full mark (figure 12). If not, add ;
distilled water.
d. Reinstall filler caps.
